I am a compassionate, nonjudgmental, and straightforward therapist who believes in the power of hope and human connection. With extensive experience across a wide range of mental health concerns, I provide therapy for teenagers, adults, couples, and individuals of all gender identities and backgrounds—including those in the LGBTQ+ community.

I work with children, teens, young adults, adults, couples, and families, with a special focus on children, adolescents and young adults navigating anxiety, mood challenges, identity questions, relationships, and major life transitions. Many of the people I work with feel emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or unsure of themselves, and therapy becomes a place to slow down, feel understood, and start moving forward again.

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 25 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges. For more than two decades, I worked in residential treatment with adolescents, providing individual, family, and group therapy during some of the most difficult and pivotal moments in their lives.

Professionally, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who loves to work with individuals and families hoping to better their lives. I engage in ACT, EFT, CBT and DBT skills in working with my clients to overcome and navigate challenges.

I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I have experience working with people who are struggling with addiction and substance misuse. I work with men’s issues and pornography. My experience also includes treating military personnel and veterans.

Professionally I have worked as a therapist for about 4 years. I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker. I most enjoy working with adolescents, and I work with all individuals ages 14+. I have also worked with adults with disabilities and with adolescents in the juvenile justice system. I speak Spanish fluently and provide therapy in Spanish. I believe that the most important part of therapy is the relationship I build with the individuals that I work with.

Brennan provides therapy to adolescents and adults (14+), believing in the power of the therapeutic relationship to facilitate healing. He brings significant experience working with individuals in the medical field, the aging community, and those facing serious and persistent mental illness.
